Title: Sr. Engineer Elect. Maintenance
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical / B. Tech / B.E
Experience: Minimum 6 Years
Hand on experience in Electrical and Knowledge about Basic Mechanical
Knowledge in Electrical System, drawing reading and making Control wiring with relay logic.
Knowledge about Furnace Maintenance, Casting line maintenance, air operated pump, centrifugal pump, High pressure pump.
Understanding about ball screw, Slide and Basic condition check of machine
Knowledge about HT/LT panel, Transformer, ACB,VCB.
Knowledge of DG, Compressor, Pump House Maint.
Knowledge about 5S,4M,Kaizen,IATF audit,VSA audit,OHSAS audit.
Trouble shooting of CNC Lathe, Fanuc based m/c , and casting m/c, and Induction furnaces. Cranes, Utility m/c’s.
Knowledge of Electrical Drawing and relay logic, Drive connection, PLC.
Knowledge of Maintaining Data Like MTBF-MTTR, Utility consumption, Maint. Records updating.
Knowledge of ACB Maintenance and Operations
Knowledge of shift handling and able to do work in A,B,C shift.
Knowledge of Excel, PPT in Computer.
Communication should be good in English and Hindi.
