Handling of customer complaint.
Handling of final inspection activities.

Detailed understanding & handling of QMS- ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485
Handling Internal & External audits related to QMS.
Basic understanding of India MDR.
Analysis of customer complaints.
Management of regulatory compliance as per internal regulations.
Basic management of BIS standard compliance.
Handling of testing processes.
Management of quality documents as per ISO.
QA department skill management.
Basic drawing understanding & ECN management.
