JD for the Position of System Administrator Delhi
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
Create and verify backups of data
Respond to and resolve help desk requests
Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
Review application logs
Install and test computer-related equipment
Skills& Qualification
Maximun 5+ years’ experience in system administration.
Must have knowledge on WINDOWS Client OS (10), basic knowledge on WINDOWS server (2012,2016&2019)
Must have knowledge of MS Outlook & MS Office ( 2010 & Office 365)
Must have knowledge on remote Access VPN software configuration.
Must be able to troubleshoot VC related issues & Projector related issues
Must be able to do LAN troubleshooting ( Printers, PCs ,Workstations, Wifi, LAN Switches, EPABX etc & Servers)
Must be able to manage inventory and do coordination with OEMS and Vendors for resolving IT related issues.
Associate or higher degree in a related field ( BCA/BE/B. tech/BCOM with Diploma in Computers & Networks or Certification such as MCSA,MCSE,CCNA & VM Ware)
Extensive experience with VMware
knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues
Basic understanding of insurance goals and practices
Ability to respond to help desk requests after hours on a limited basis
Very Good communication skills in English
Must be able to provide IT support as mentioned above to an Organization with 100-200 Users (Onsite & Remotely).
