A company in the manufacturing sector is hiring for a Utility Executive position at its Malur location.
Job Responsibilities
Hold and maintain a valid Electrical Supervisory License
Inspect equipment and perform routine maintenance to prevent downtime
Supervise maintenance of production and electrical equipment
Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance workers
Handle utilities such as transformers, HT/LT systems, STP, ETP, fire hydrant systems, and lighting
Work with PLC GX Works 2 and HMI programming (Keyence & Mitsubishi)
Manage special-purpose automation machinery and ensure operational efficiency
Liaise with statutory departments like KSPCB, BESCOM, and DEI for compliance
Ensure plant and employee safety standards are met
Prepare daily checklists and presentations for reporting
Interpret electrical drawings, circuit diagrams, and manage DG sets
Oversee pneumatic and hydraulic circuits and ensure proper functioning
Handle shifts and lead the maintenance team effectively
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and supervisory licensing
Ability to read electrical drawings and manage DG sets
Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic circuits
Leadership qualities and effective communication skills
