・Customer service desk
--- More than 3 years of experience in dealing with MSIL/SMG
・ Analyze from the customer's production load information and make an in-house optimal production plan.
Experience in analysis work that links the number of units produced and the capacity of equipment ---
・ Optimize manpower plan based on customer's production load information
--- Experience in analysis work linking production volumes, equipment capacity, and appropriate production personnel
- Understand SAP and be able to work toward the introduction of Kanban
--- Understanding of the overall structure of SAP and experience in implementing SAP requirements planning (MRP/MSP) and supplier portals
・ When a problem occurs, you can gather related departments HODs and take the initiative to solve the problem.
Experience as a cross-functional project leader in ---
- Able to communicate with customers, the company, and management
Experience in regular reporting to ---Japan/local seniors.
