Skills, Roles and Responsibilities:
- Self-learner and self-motivated
- Documenting User Requirements and process flows.
- Preparing comprehensive user Manuals and updating them timely.
- Routine User support and controlling master data.
- Suggest system improvement, prepare case studies to get change management approval.
- Troubleshooting software/hardware linked with Sap Business One.
- Work with Technical Team for development and testing (In-house/outsourced).
- Good Business process understanding.
- Good Accounting understanding.
- Exposure to Production/Manufacturing Process, Warehouse Management System.
- Must have worked on Approval Process, UI settings, Form settings and authorisation on Sap Business One.
- Must be capable of working on Query generator and crystal reports.
- Coordinate with Vendor/SAP for bug fixing.
- Knowledge of HANA/Analytics/Dashboards will be added advantage.
- Open for challenging work and timelines.
- Good written and oral English skills.
- Excel into other technologies to help organisation grow.
