We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join the team as a Recruitment & HR Generalist role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for 75% Recruitment and 25% HR generalist activities, primarily focusing on talent acquisition strategies and HR operations.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
- Source candidates through various channels, like Recruitment consultants and including job portals, social media, etc.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
- Knowledge on salary fixation as per market trends and company salary structure.
- Statutory knowledge
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidate to onboarding.
- Support in HR dept. tasks and other HR operations activities.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support employee relations initiatives and resolve employee issues.
- B. Com and MBA in HR
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Generalist responsibilities.
- Experience in the Manufacturing /Automobile industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
