You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business functions. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The primary responsibilities include providing HR administrative support, assisting in the recruitment process, as well as providing essential IT support to all department. This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support:
    • Manage and organize documentation, including contracts, reports, and project plans.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
    • Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, both internal and external, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
    • Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
    • Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  1. Recruitment Assistance:
    • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
    • Assist in the preparation of job offers and employment contracts.
    • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
    • Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues, working closely with HR management.
  3. HR Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
    • Assist in the implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives.
  4. Training and Development:
    • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
    • Assist in identifying training needs and opportunities for employee development.
  5. Benefits Administration:
    • Support the administration of employee benefits programs.
    • Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and facilitate the enrollment process.
  1. IT Support:
    • Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
    • Coordinate with the IT consultants to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.
    • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment, ensuring proper documentation and organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resource, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to IT support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office suite.
