Recruitment Background

We're pleased to announce the successful launch of our first store in India, Pizza 4P's Indiranagar, Bangalore in December 2023. We are now gearing up to inaugurate 2-3 additional restaurants by 2025, with plans for further expansion into additional major cities across India. Consequently, we are in search of a dynamic person to spearhead the establishment and expansion of Pizza 4P's in the Indian market.

Responsibility

<Main responsibility>

- Supply Chain Management (80%)
Vendor search, price negotiation, process design/operation, inventory management, make payment, new business development

● Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals

● Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes

● Create the company’s supply chain strategy

● Maintain supply chain inventory and records

● Find new suppliers with long term partnership

All vendor management related to store operations: ingredients, equipment, building materials (small items), WiFi, cleaning companies

- Accounting, HR Coordination, Admin (20%)
Accounting

● Liasing with Accounting firm to handle accounting matter

● Data Entry : recording transactions, invoices, expenses and other financial information

● Documentation and Filing of records -HR Coordination

● Conduct initial screening of the potential candidates based on the requirement

- Admin & Legal

● Take care and manager office equipment’s

● Find suppliers and quotation for office expense

● Register, proceed payment and solve issue (if needed) for utilities (Phone/Internet/Electricity/ Water), laundry, gardening

● Send & receive post-mail, record, tracking & monthly payment

● Proceed payment request for staff house rental, travel expenses, reimbursement and other related expense on company system

Must-Have

At least 3 yrs of working experience in supply chain management

● Experience in F&B, Hospitality or Retails field

● Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where needed;

● Positive attitude & high level of maturity; ● Willing to work in start-up environment and under high pressure

● Skills set: problem solving, multi-tasking, stress management, communication & listening.
