- Sales experience to Admin department
Experience working with Japanese - Good at Excel and PPT or any other design stuff.

This position’s main job is managing Indian Sales Staff. |
Management & Reporting work |
-Reporting weekly Sales team activity to the boss |
-Managing Sales Staff to achieve monthly and yearly targets |
-Check and approve documents relate to installing, moving or recalling vending machine from Sales Staff |
-Managing contracts of installing Vending Machine and other appendixes |
-Recruiting candidate and training new staff as needed |
-Other tasks as needed |

Expands new customer |
-Research & manage potential customers information |
-Arranging appointment by call, texting, e-mail |
-Meeting, explaining and discussing our service details with customer |
-Finding suitable place to install Vending Machines |
-Preparing and making Contracts |
-Processing documents for installing Vending Machine. |
-Cooperating with other departments. |

Following up existing customer |
-By texting, calling, e-mail or face to face. |
-Sharing issues to other departments |
-Propose moving location of Vending Machine to customer and inside company, when the Sales Amount was low, or there were more suitable locations |
-Arrange recalling Vending Machine as needed |
