Role: Purchase, Customer Support and PPC
Job Activities:
Purchase: Commercial Negotiations with the vendors on prices and credit limits, vendor lead time follow up with appropriate quality, Develop the alternate sources for the material supply, Build relationship with key suppliers, Forecast of raw material, Vendor payment inventory, Coordination with HQ Neemrana, Information sharing to HQ.
Customer Support: To Ensure timely delivery of materials at customer end for that effectively Coordination among Sales, Planning, Production and Logistics.
PPC : Take the dispatch requirement from Sales personals/Coordinator, Check the availability of Raw Material/ Consumables, Check the FG stock and WIP, Check the machine availability, Plan the production, Coordinate with Sales, Customer support personals , QA, Logistics etc., Prepare and analyse monthly report.
Other Requirements:
Good in communication (Writing and Speaking) in English, Hindi and local language
Good in Co-ordination, Convincing ability, good in working on computer
Preference will be given to candidates who has Completed summer training / working experience in Japanese companies.
Special Requirements:
Experience/ Knowledge of Corrugator and Packaging Industries is preferred.
Candidates from South India especially near to Chennai will be preferred.
Candidates must be from manufacturing sector only.
