After Sales Coordinator

Looking for a Executive / Sr. Executive role for Kolkata Location.
Primary Responsibilities: -
    Quotation submission to customer
    Follow up for PO from customer.
    PI submission to advance customers.
    PO amendment on case-to-case basis
    Advance payment collection from customer
    Waybill arrangement from customer
    Sharing dispatch details with customer.
    Follow up for closure of open parts issue.
    Maintain stock of office tools
    Ensure submission of weekly and monthly reports
    Follow up AR and ensure to close AR asper agreed term. 
    Handling service mobile system (create & close work order)
