Role: AGM-QA
JOB Responsibilities:
1. Create Quality Assurance System and Develop QA Human Resources
2. Strong Liaoning with customers such as Maruti, Honda, Nissan, TKM and improve Customer Satisfaction by QA action and response to all customers.
3. Establish Quality standards as per parent company Standard, well Versed with TS 16949 standards To Ensure ZERO Defect targets and aim to reduce inhouse NG, and Customer Complaints.
4. Well Versed with Supplier Improvements, Supplier skill Upgradation system.
5. Overall look and improve QA department level up, Overall QA strengthening from Incoming to Dispatches, Auditing, Review, CAPA and Preventive measure to avoid repetition of issues.
