JOB Description (Technical)
- Driving and delivering the sales goals of organization in alignment with companies' sales plan 
- Business Development including but not limited to generating new leads, qualifying leads and partnering with internal solution and sales team to close orders 
- Responsible for executing the sales plan and process, including coordination of all necessary internal and external resources to best position the firm to secure the business 
- Growth of the existing business 
- Analyse market competition and devise counterstrategies for penetration and maximum reach 
- Outstanding Payment follow-up and timely recovery of payments 
- Work closely with the customer to keep a tab on his stock level, when to re-order, help in enhancing his distribution network for increasing sales etc.
