Main Responsibility
To take care of customer (Key account Manager )
OEM Handling (MSIL/TKM/HONDA) or Moulder/Tier-1/2 handling
Customer complaint handling
Interface between company and customer/RFQ handling
Seeing daily operations/dispatches and ensuring smooth operations.
Colloborating with QA departmnet for effective relationship building.
Supporting the sales team to achieve sales target and Budget making.
Assisting and developing marketing strategies to promote compoany product.
