Primary Responsibilities:-
    Quotation submission to customer
    Follow up for PO from customer
    PI submission to advance customers
    PO amendment on case to case basis
    Advance payment collection from customers
    Update ETD to customer
    Way bill arrangement from customer
    Sharing dispatch details with customer
    Follow up for closure of open parts issues
    MIS for analysis of order conversion from quotation submitted
    Follow up for AR with credit customers
    Follow up for AMC with customers
