Urgent Hiring Executive General Administration & Facility Management for Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra with Japanese MNC
Roles: Up to 3 years of experience of entire career.
- Experience in Admin department.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Proactive, organized approach to multitasking
- Taking care of repair & maintenance work in office, including premises, pest control.
- Managing office/housekeeping boys including their monthly attendance and overtime.
- Arrange and keep record of office supplies, equipment, and assets to be in good condition.
- Keep records for renewal of agreements, maintenance of AMCs and registrations of Shop and Establishment Act.
- Share TDS certificates to vendors admin related on quarterly basis.
- Support arranging in such events as holidays, exhibitions, conference.
- Arrange bookings of hotel, car and flight, travel insurance & Visa.
- Supporting for attendance management as per existing system.
- Support HR and administrative PICs regarding office operations along with company policies and regulations
