Job Description:

1) Responsible for Sales and marketing activities of Jammu & Kashmir, Haryana, Delhi and Rajasthan, Job location – Delhi (condition – job location is subject to change according to business requirement)
2) Make Proper planning of customer visit and business strategy in consultation with Reporting Manager.
3) Daily Customer visits to existing customers and maintaining and growing current customer relationships.
4) Developing new customers and distributors.
5) Maintaining complete customer data and visit reports in SFA.
6) Participating in the various marketing events and exhibitions to promote our brand.
7) Maintaining proper communication between customers/distributors and organization.
8) Working as per organization policies and providing the best services
9) Payment and statutory documents Collections from customers to complete Sales Cycle.
10) Contributing in the growth of the organization and team.
11) Preparing Monthly and Quarterly sales reports of Karnataka region.
12) Managing the distributors channel in given territory by training and monitoring their work, meeting the targets of institutional rate contracts as new customer development.
13) Setting targets to the distributors and corporates and make sure to complete these targets.
14) Meeting end users frequently and understanding their area of research and suggesting products which is to their area of interest.
15) Appointing distributors in untouched (No Business) areas.
16) Reporting all sales activities to Reporting Manager.
17) Presenting the novel business improvement plans to the reporting manager to enhance the growth of the region.
