Coordination with Consultant for HR Restructuring project: -
- Shall understand job evaluation, Compensation Benchmark & Management
- Knowledge of PMS process & activities.
- Shall be able to understand project requirement & supply data as per consultant requirement.
- Designing the Training & education policy and process.
- Designing of Induction & Orientation modules.
- Effective delivery of Induction Training program
- Collate and analyze the training needs in association with Functional Heads.
- Formulating annual & monthly training calendar after thorough analysis of training needs by TNI; organizing
- training and assessing their effectiveness through feedback.
- Coordination with Regional & Zonal Managers to organize the training.
- Coordination with internal & External Trainers.
- Preparation of skill matrix based on competency framework and job description for employees based on the role. Prepare & maintain all training record.
- Shall handle audit & other queries.
- Shall assist in collecting Benchmark study for drafting new policies.
- Shall prepare draft for policy.
- Shall understand the employee welfare policies.
