Designation – Project Manager Design
Location- Vitthlapur (Pan India Based on Projects)
Education- B. Tech Civil or Diploma (Civil) or Diploma (Arch)
 Job Responsibilities-
 

• Designing of Industrial units as per the requirement of the client & Authority, Coordination with design team and site team to incorporate the design to the actual building shape.
• Coordination with the Authority, for necessary Statutory approvals for the Industrial unit.
• Preparing checklist
• GFC drawings and tender drawings standardization
• Building Approval coordination with Authority and Consultants.
• Providing solutions for design problems within the department
• Attending meetings and workout BOM checking of quantities and procedure.
• Costing of new materials as per the market and DSR
• Knowledge of CAD or Revit
