Job Responsibilities:
• Lead Govt Sales company India Business
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with major integrators, consultants, contractors, end-users, and government organizations
• Identify and approach major consultants and end-users in the region. List Hanwha Vision systems on their approved vendor list.
• Conduct and Lead trainings for integrators, clients, and consultants

Experience:
• Goal-oriented sales professional with 15+ years of experience in outside sales.
• Experience in Selling Video Surveillance or Related IT Products.
• Strong customer base & Prior Experience in Public Sector Business is must
• Should have established relationship with Central and State Public Sector Units, PWD, CPWD, NHAI, Smart Cities, Safe Cities and other Critical Infrastructure & Deep engagement with Relevant Consultants
• Should possess successful track record in creating new relationships and maintaining strong customer relations to generate repeat business.
• Experience in Selling Video Surveillance or Related IT Products.

• Fluency in English, Hindi
• Should Possess Good Communication & Presentation Skills.
• Proficiency in tracking sales data and preparing reports with Microsoft Office / Excel, Sales CRM
