Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to oversee the operations of 2 wire harness manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
∙     Coordinate the plant manufacturing process to ensure with company's objective, quality system and customer satisfaction.
∙     Overseeing the operation of factory with coordination to overall production.
Managing day to day operation activities, maintaining factory equipment to create optimal factory performance.
∙     Involved in end-to-end management of business activities both consumer and automotive department.
To manage all aspects of engineering, production, quality and logistic by daily follow-ups and reporting.
∙     To work with inventory management, logistic and warehouse management to create forward thinking improvement
∙     Maximize synergies between operations, demand flow and production planning to reduce cost, eliminate redundancies and improve process and product flow.
∙     Coordinate with all departments planning, store, maintenance, purchase for timely completion of production schedule.
∙     Monitoring and support on document reports from production, maintenance, quality, store and daily sales dispatch record.
∙     Finding and developing new supplier domestic with optimum cost down.
∙     Fulfil and support the department wise requirement approval to purchase the required resources.
∙     Drive a healthy culture of team work and safe environment within factory to improve working conditions.
∙     Support during the external both compliance and customer audits.
∙     Participate in supplier negotiation at micro level for procuring BOM items. Follow ups with supplier for aligning material delivery to production schedule.
∙     Guide team to find and record the new Kaizen and on maintaining 6S.
∙     Support the linkage between top management and the factory staff.
 
Qualifications
∙     Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business administration, or related field. Advanced degree or MBA may be preferred.
∙     Fluent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
∙     Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar industry.
∙     Strong understanding of plant operations, including production processes, quality management, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
∙     Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
∙     Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving to drive operational improvements.
∙     Sound financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
∙     Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
∙     Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
∙     Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
∙     Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting a culture of safety, diversity, and inclusion within the organization
