Job Profile:
- Drive sales activities (preparing offers, respond to RFPs, and prepare technical solutions with stakeholders)
- Define high-quality technical and commercially competitive solutions against customer requirements
- Provide technical support for development of marketing content such as white papers, case studies, and solution sheets.
- Support companys' interactive marketing activities (prepare presentation materials, questionaires & surveys, conduct prospect and customer webinars, and participate in Q&A sessions)
- Guide customers and prospects on how to best apply companys' Process Solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, demonstrating a high level of confidentiality and respect.
- Identify market needs and product portfolio positioning to support the go-to-market strategy
- Execute the companys' sales strategy in India, working with our customers and comapnys' support teams.
- Plan, coordinate, execute and follow pilots/trials, surveys and services that support the business proposal to ensure sales conversion.
- Be accountable for communicating plans, progress, and performance to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and establishment of best practices within the company.
- Generate monthly reports to summarize application performance and ongoing sales activities.
- Participate as a team member or in managing larger regional projects as assigned.
- Provide outstanding service to customers, supported by the global team.
Required Knowledge, skills and competencies:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical / Pulp and Paper Technology / Instrumentation / Process Control) or equivalent
- 5-7 years’ experience relevant experience, with a particular focus on Automation within the Pulp and Paper industries.
- The ability to work with different cultures.
- Ability and desire to learn different regional languages.
- Complex troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to function in, or lead as assigned, multi-functional project teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong skills in managing customer relationships and sales process independently.
