Job Description: -
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Processing of metal parts using processing machines (automatic/manual).
2. Inspection of processed and purchased parts.
3. Management of own department
(1) Process control, (2) Quality/production support, (3) Training of workers, (4) Examination of processing methods when launching new products.
Requirement skills:
At least 3 years of work experience in a Japanese company. Experience working in a factory.
Machining experience.
Able to understand how to use basic tools and measuring instruments.
Able to understand mechanical drawings.
Able to use PC (Word and Excel are required).
Experience in machining (setup - machining - inspection) from drawings.
Able to speak simple Japanese.
Others:
Have a willingness to participate in on-the-job training in Japan (6 months or more).
