Role and Responsibilities:
1. Pre-processing, assembly, inspection, and packaging of the company's products.
2. Management of own department
1. Process control 2. Quality/production support 3. Training for workers 4. Study of processing methods when launching new products.
Requirement skills:
- At least 3 years of work experience in a Japanese company. Experience working in a factory.
- Able to understand how to use basic tools and measuring instruments.
- Able to work in accordance with the manual.
- Able to use PC (Word and Excel are required).
- Able to understand mechanical drawings.
- Experience in production (cell production system) that spans multiple processes.
- Able to speak simple Japanese.
