Job Statement

• Efficient Execution & Adherence of Production System, Process, ensuring adequate resource management & proper uses of digital tools.
• Planning Monitoring and Improving Production KPIs, Ensures on-time, qualitative and quantitative production of products at the right cost and within the safety target.
• With the purpose of driving improvement culture by promoting cost reduction, efficiency improvement programs, Quality improvement programs in Production areas using CBS methodologies.

Job Duties and Responsibilities                                                         

• Responsible For Planning, monitoring, tracking, and improving Production KPI
• Machine Trouble shooting, Program updation, correction, Optimization & improving machining performance.
• Planning, Review, Adherence, and monitoring of Production Plan.
• OEE Review & Roadmap for Improvement.
• Rejection Review, Action plan definition, implementation & reporting with A3 methodology.
• Manpower Planning & Absenteeism Monitoring.
• B/D, Material non availability & other related issues coordination & closure.
• Poka Yoke, 5S & TPM Status Review
• Support build for new product, tools & Fixtures.
• Support in PFMEA, PFD & Control plan Review & preparation.
• Review of all production documents. Like SWI and other production core tools.
• Preparation of training plan & adherence to all associates.
• Production Periphery Planning & maintain shopfloor ergonomics.
• Consumables Procurement / Cost Monitoring.
• Focusing on cost improvement projects and quality circles.
• Responsible For ESH & safety Audits & Quality System in shopfloor.
• Implementation of LSW, Reduction of change over time (SMED)
• Implementation of Yokoten / Jishuken
• Support in Digitalization, I 4.0 Implementation.
• Audit Preparation IATF, Internal Audit & Customer Audit.
