Job Description :

Primary Responsibilities:-

  1. To manage a team  of Service engineers in the assigned region / territory

  2. Deployment of service engineers at customer sites / defined region and monitor the progress of tasks assigned

  3. Generation of service orders / PO for Parts / services rendered to customers

  4. Making Planned Maintenance schedule for Engineers for various machines at customer site

  5. Responsible for Parts Sales target for the assigned Branch / territory

  6. Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting to Head office

  7. Follow-up with the customer for payment for the services rendered

  8. Providing guidance and support to the engineers whenever required

Secondary Responsibilities:-

  1. Work with a mindset of Customer First Approach

  2. Maintain good relation with all the Customers of his territory

  3. Responsible for Post sales activities – Service and Warranty

  4. Analyze the market, monitor , analyze sales  and market trends


Qualification :

Essential:- B. Tech/Diploma-Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics


Experience :

13-16 Years post Qualification


Competencies

Required:

  • Must have got Techno-commercial experience

Preference

  • Should be given to Service industry – MHE / Construction / Mining

  • Must have analytical and decision making skills

  • Must be willing to travel as extensive travelling required

  • Must have good command over written and verbal communication

  • Good in MS-Office

  • Must have negotiation skills

  • Must possess Leadership skills
