Primary Purpose for the Position:-

To optimize the resources with best planning to meet the daily production plan of pre-assembly Cutting & Crimping Section; QC Circle, Kaizen, Multi –skilling and De-skilling

Key Accountabilities:-

Manpower Planning as per PPC plan
To achieve hourly production target of pre-assembly section
Productivity improvement through QC Circle & Kaizen improvement
To adhere and review the processes as per Control Plan.
Multi-Skilling and De-skilling of associates
Responsible for 5S, Discipline & system adherence (4M Change, NC Management, WIP Management, Machine.
Daily meeting respect to production planning and fix the manufacturing programme at the ancillaries based on the requirements.
Target companies/industries: Wiring Harness industries

Experience: 6 - 9 Yrs

Qualification: Diploma/Be/B.tech
