Opening is with Japanese company for Manesar location.
They are looking some one who can take care of overall HR function and focussion mainly on women employee and their welfare.
80% of their staff is women and the person has to manage this workforce and deal with their day to day issues.
Person has to also take care of other administrative activities.
Requirement-
They are looking for someone who has 3-4 years of experience in HR function and has experience on working for female staff and the related CSR activities.
The person should be well aware of women's welfare and the related compliances and laws.
