AM/DM -Process Engineering

AM/DM-Process Engineering – Assembly Roles & Responsibilities –for Sanad, Gujarat Location with a Japanese MNC
 

1. Lead Process Design & Implementation activities
2. Proficient in NPD documents, PFD, PFMEA, Process Design, Control Plan, FTA etc.
3. Experience in Installation & Commissioning of Assembly Machines
4. Machine/Equipment establishment & validation
5. Layout drafting & space saving activities
6. Ensure projects are integrated with other business activities, improvement projects, and business strategies
7. Design assembly process & calculate process costing for RFQ submission
8. Material handling design & Implement Bins, Optimize Parts / Bin, Bins storage on Line.
9. Kaizen & Cost saving activities to reduce overall project cost.
10. Excellent communication & presentation skill
11. Inter-Department & Inter Plant Communication & knowledge sharing
12. Knowledge of MS – Office (excel & PowerPoint) is must

Background –

1. Education - Diploma / Degree
2. Experience – 6 – 8 Years
3. Industry – Automotive (Lighting preferred)
