Warehouse Manager Requirements:
Must Have experience. into OEM OR Automobile Industry
5+ years of warehouse management experience.years Inward, outward, inventory management .
Any Graduate
Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
Good at Ms Office suite(PPT and excel
Good communication skills, both written and verbal ( English and Local laungage )
Good leadership, Strong decision making , multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Available to work extended hours.
Warehouse Manager Responsibilities:
Receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
Manage all warehouse manpower as per requirment ( approx 100 + Manpower)
Implementing operational policies and procedures.
Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
Ensuring the safety of staff.
Motivating and disciplining staff.
Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
Hire, motivate, train and sustain a high-performance Warehouse team
Prepares SOP’s and ensures adherence for fulfilment processes
Liaise with Costomer and vendors
Manage & supervise the day-to-day activities of the team members to ensure seamless functioning
Manage Warehouse processes in line with required guidelines
Ensure seamless operations in the Warehouse to meet requirements from Production and Quality
Set goals, motivate and drive performance of team members.
