CAD & BIM Modeler

1. Able to prepare SLD and block diagrams of electrical systems in AutoCAD.
2. Preparation of Lighting Layouts, Circuiting Layouts, Power Layouts, and Substation Layouts in AutoCAD.
3. Preparation / drafting of AutoCAD & Revit (BIM) drawings for electrical works.
4. Able to prepare Electrical services drawings (Telephone, LAN, PA, Fire Alarm, etc.).
5. 3D modelling of electrical services / plant rooms and clash detection using Revit / BIM / Navisworks.
6. Able to coordinate among various electrical services and within the team.
7. Preparation of substation details independently (plans, sectional elevations, and 3D views).
8. Able to prepare coordination drawings, sectional details, and elevations.
9. Able to prepare 3D models, sections, elevations, layout, dimensioning, and labeling in Revit models.
10. Coordination of services with Mechanical and Civil / Structural teams.
11. Working knowledge of X‑ref, layer management, and Revit family creation.
12. Day‑to‑day working on AutoCAD (50%) and Revit (50%), depending on knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. AutoCAD (50%) and Revit (50%) working knowledge.
2. Background from consultancy firms preferred.
3. Revit modelling and family creation working knowledge and experience.
4. Ability to visualize 3D aspects, perform clash detection, and create new Revit families.

Qualification

1. ITI in Electrical Draftsman from a reputed institute (Full‑time).
2. Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Preferred).

Work Experience

2–5 Years
(Minimum 1 year experience on Revit platform)
