Quotation submission to customer
Follow up for PO from customer
PI submission to advance customers
PO amendment on case to case basis
Advance payment collection from customers
Update ETD to customer
Way bill arrangement from customer
Sharing dispatch details with customer
Follow up for closure of open parts issues
MIS for analysis of order conversion from quotation submitted
Follow up for AR with credit customers
Follow up for AMC with customers
