Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Position Overview: We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal
role in optimising our digital marketing activities and ensuring successful results. The
ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing management and
leadership.
The Digital Marketing Manager shall be responsible for developing, implementing, and
managing online marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for
the company's digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of various
digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and
content marketing, and data analytics to achieve business objectives
Main Responsibilities:
• Digital Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital
marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience.
• Online Advertising: Plan and manage online advertising campaigns, including
pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, display ads, and remarketing efforts.
• SEO and Content Strategy: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO),
conduct keyword research, and oversee content creation to improve organic
search rankings.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media
presence on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. Develop
and schedule social media content.
• Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including
list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance
metrics using tools like Google Analytics, website performance using tools like
Google Lighthouse. Provide regular reports and insights to improve strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (master’s degree
preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
