Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations. (Female candidates only)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Proficient in MS Office.
Working Conditions:
This role may require occasional overtime or weekend work.
The HR Executive will work both in an office setting and on the manufacturing floor.
