■Job Responsibilities
Provide interpretation and translation support between Japan headquarters and local teams (meetings, on-site communication, document translation)
Manage HR and labor-related tasks, including recruitment and attendance management
Oversee administrative functions and office operations during factory setup and expansion
Conduct training sessions on 5S methodology and safety protocols
Support regulatory processes such as FRRO for foreign employees
Handle accounting operations such as invoice processing, expense management, and financial reporting(If you have experience of accounting.)
■Requirements
Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N3 or higher
Minimum 5 years of professional experience
Prior experience working in a Japanese company
Excellent communication skills and leadership potential
■Preferable experience
Strong knowledge of HR, labor management, and accounting
Experience in startup or company establishment phases
High level of autonomy and involvement in strategic decision-making
