Title: Marketing Operations Manager

Position Overview: Looking for a results-oriented Marketing Operations Manager who will play a pivotal role in optimising our marketing operations and ensuring the efficient execution of marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing project management and leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate across departments to drive growth and meet business objectives.

Position Overview: Looking for a results-oriented Marketing Operations Manager who will play a pivotal role in optimising our marketing operations and ensuring the efficient execution of marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing project management and leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate across departments to drive growth and meet business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
• Work with sales and marketing teams to develop marketing materials viz. presentations, brochures, videos, datasheets, training materials and
programs that articulate the service and product benefits in an impactful way
to drive sales and service utilisation.
• Oversee the execution of operational marketing activities and production (including customer video testimonials), collaborating closely with all stakeholders to ensure high-quality projects and marketing activities are completed on time, according to plan.
• Manage highly interdependent, multifaceted projects and keep various work streams on track.
• Assist with the on-going off-line marketing campaigns: creating briefs and following the tasks through until they go live.
• Lead and optimise processes for marketing coordination, project management, information organisation, and communications to make it more effective, efficient, and scalable.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
• Follow up on projects’ progress through defined timeline and milestones.
• Keep management informed by preparing monthly reports.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.
• Set clear goals and performance metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations.
• Attention to detail, and an ability to deliver on time all the time.
• Experience working with project management tools.
• Experience in managing and mediating complex needs across different departments, teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing prioritisation, efficiency, and agility.
• Highly motivated, with excellent people skills and an always-can-do attitude.
• Work well within a global team and operate successfully in a global matrix organisational structure.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) an advantage.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering results.
