Role: Officer- Cost Estimation

Job Role & Responsibilities
Analyze new project drawings and engineering changes to develop Bill of Materials (BOM) and cost sheets.
Summarize technical data from drawings and BOM for reporting and decision-making.
Estimate costs for engineering changes and new development parts (e.g., stamping, injection moulding).
Utilize MS Excel for data creation, modification, and workflow optimization.
Coordinate and follow up with cross-functional teams using strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Understand and apply key manufacturing processes such as stamping, injection moulding, assembly, and welding.
Prepare and deliver presentations for top management on project progress and cost analysis.
Key Competencies
Proficiency in studying and interpreting engineering drawings.
Strong understanding of process flow in manufacturing.
Knowledge of stamping, injection moulding, and assembly processes.
Expertise in cost estimation and market research within the automotive industry.
Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
