Role: Officer- Cost Estimation

Job Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze new project drawings and engineering changes to develop Bill of Materials (BOM) and cost sheets.
- Summarize technical data from drawings and BOM for reporting and decision-making.
- Estimate costs for engineering changes and new development parts (e.g., stamping, injection moulding).
- Utilize MS Excel for data creation, modification, and workflow optimization.
- Coordinate and follow up with cross-functional teams using strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understand and apply key manufacturing processes such as stamping, injection moulding, assembly, and welding.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for top management on project progress and cost analysis.

- Strong understanding of process flow in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of stamping, injection moulding, and assembly processes.
- Expertise in cost estimation and market research within the automotive industry.
