| Warehouse Manager Requirements: |
|
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience.years Inward, outward, inventory management .
|
|
|
|
|
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
|
|
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
|
|
- Good at Ms Office suite(PPT and excel
|
|
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal ( English and Local laungage )
|
|
- Good leadership, Strong decision making , multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
|
|
- Available to work extended hours.
|

| Warehouse Manager Responsibilities: |
|
- Receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
|
|
- Manage all warehouse manpower as per requirment ( approx 100 + Manpower)
|
|
- Implementing operational policies and procedures.
|
|
- Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
|
|
- Ensuring the safety of staff.
|
|
- Motivating and disciplining staff.
|
|
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
|
|
- Hire, motivate, train and sustain a high-performance Warehouse team
|
|
- Prepares SOP’s and ensures adherence for fulfilment processes
|
|
- Liaise with Costomer and vendors
|
|
- Manage & supervise the day-to-day activities of the team members to ensure seamless functioning
|
|
- Manage Warehouse processes in line with required guidelines
|
|
- Ensure seamless operations in the Warehouse to meet requirements from Production and Quality
|
|
- Set goals, motivate and drive performance of team members.
