Manpower & Training
- Estimate monthly manpower requirements based on PO–FC data; coordinate recruitment with HR & General Affairs.
- Prepare training materials and plan, execute, and document periodic operator work trainings.
- Plan, execute, and document multi‑skill development programs.
- Check daily attendance, confirm attendance rates, and compile reports.
Production Control & Data Management
- Verify actual work hours by product/process; build and maintain related databases and records.
- Monitor production progress, create progress databases, and maintain records.
- Prepare inspection plans based on PO–FC and shipping schedules; track product completion dates.
- Monitor finished‑goods inventory levels and support on‑time shipments.
Quality Assurance & Improvement
- Set inspection items by product; prepare and manage quality documentation (quality confirmation records, incoming/outgoing inspection sheets, shipment forms).
- Analyze defect causes; implement temporary and permanent countermeasures.
- Review and optimize inspection processes, packaging workflows, and work paths.
- Conduct shop‑floor patrols; develop and implement proposals for productivity and quality improvement.
Equipment, Tools & Systems
- Manage equipment, jigs/tools, materials, maintenance activities, and related lists.
- Prepare, implement, and maintain Quality ISO certification (e.g., ISO 9001) and Environmental ISO certification (e.g., ISO 14001).
- Support TPM/lean initiatives and standardization as required.
