Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Development and Sales Generation:
• Cultivate relationships and generate sales (new business) to health/life insurers, corporates, superannuation funds, and other channels.
• Engage with C level executives and decision makers to develio
• Identification of potential market segments, tapping of potential accounts, analysing their requirements and execute the marketing plan.
• Work with Global Business Development team to create new partnerships and growth opportunities for the company.
• Work with Marketing Team to prepare tailored presentations and sales pitches for potential clients
• Inform and educate the existing and potential clients about the relevant offerings from Global perspective.
• Create and manage pipeline of leads and potential customers to meet annual sales targets.
• Generate new distribution channels for existing products/services.
• Generate status and progress reports.
• Know the market: Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritise based on size, internal capabilities, etc
• Know the competition: Understand on-line and off-line players

• Ability to effectively interact with and influence cross functional partners and senior leadership.

• Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
• Ability to identify needs and create solutions/opportunities

• Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion
 
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Sales and Key Account Management Experience in a B2B environment. Experience in private health insurance or employee benefits sector is a strong plus
• Experience in selling healthcare services and generating new business with payers, providers, employers, a strong plus
• Relevant academic background (healthcare, business). Tier-1 colleges preferably.
• Willingness to travel.
