Job Responsibilities
Prepare NPD-related documentation, including RFQ register, APQP timeline, and APQP matrix
Conduct monthly review meetings with top management to confirm new project status
Coordinate with clients for T1 and T2 sample timelines and submission
Monitor project events and collaborate with cross-functional teams for status updates
Submit PPAP documents along with pilot lot for approval
Ensure compliance with client requirements and maintain accurate inspection reports
Job Requirements
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
3–5 years of experience in new product development
Knowledge of steel or automotive industry preferred
Strong understanding of APQP and PPAP processes
