Key Responsibilities:
Dealer Handling:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.
- Monitor dealer performance and provide support to achieve sales targets.
- Resolve dealer issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular dealer visits and feedback sessions.
Technical Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Provide technical training and support to dealers and internal teams.
- Assist in product demonstrations and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated with industry trends and product innovations.
Customer & Staff Handling:
- Ensure excellent customer service standards across all touchpoints.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Train and mentor staff to improve product knowledge and customer interaction.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
