Material Receipt and Verification
Documentation & Data control on shop floor as per SOP_
• Scrap/Rejection Management, disposal Handling
· Effective Preservation/Storage/ Identification of material in store.
• Material Feeding and Supervision of Direct Items_
• Identify training needs of operators education & evaluation
KEY COPETENCIES NEEDED:
• Identify the risk related to Environment, Health and Safety.
SAP MM module, Supplier portal, MS office
Inventory Management, perpetual inventory.
Material Feeding monitoring, Bins/Trolley Management
FIFO Management/Inventory tracking.
