Competency Require for Electrical Engineer from casting industry
1. Knowledge about Electrical and electrical equipments
2. Good knowledge of electro-pneumatics.
3. Knowledge in PLC Mitsubishi Q Series, A series, Fanuc System, Allenbradly
4. Knowledge in Servo motor parameter of Mitsubishi and Drive
replacement
5. Knowledge of Maintaining Data Like MTBF-MTTR, Utility consumption,
Maint. Records updation.
6. Knowledge of ACB Maintenance and Operations
7. Knowledge of DG , Compressor, Pump House Maint.
8. Knowledge of Electrical Drawing , and electrical components
9. Trouble shooting of CNC Lathe, Fanuc based m/c , and casting m/c, and
Induction furnaces. Demag Cranes, Utility m/c’s, Fuji induction furnace
10. Knowledge of honneywell fire safety system.
11. Knowledge of Novec based automatic fire system.
12. Knowledge of shift handling .
13. Communication should be good in English and Hindi.
14. Well in touch with preventive and predictive maintenance
15. Trouble shooting and root cause analysis through WHY-2 and 7qc tools.
