<Job Responsibilities>
We are expanding our company including building a new factory also installing new Electrodeposition+Powder coating plant.
We are seeking personnel who can handle Process Quality Control at this new facility in Bawal loation.
As Quality control Incharge:
・Develop and implement work procedures/SOPs/Format for Quality control department in new factory.
・Manage and conduct process audits for process verification and find gaps for improvement .
・Ensure all process related report, Inspection/Rejection reports, Process parameter checksheets, Testing reports etc.
・Manage Quality inspectors for work and help them to upgrade their skill through trainings.
・Conduct daily morning meeting with team and discuss on ongoing issues and resolve issues.
・Prepare Monthly Quality performance trend and Make action plan in case of abnormalities observed.
・Do analysis on quality issue by applying Quality tools-Like 7QC tools,Lean manufacturing tools or any other tools.
・Prepare Weekly and Monthly report of Quality control department and explain it to reporting manager.
・Understanding of drawing reading and Part Inspectionis is must.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience at a Japanese company
・Understanding of ISO 9001/ ISO 13485 preferable
・Knowledge of Electrodeposition + Powder coating process with Manufacturing/Assembly industry is preferable.
