A company in the manufacturing sector is hiring for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Accounts & Administration position. This role reports directly to the Manager – Finance & Administration, offering an opportunity to contribute to financial operations and administrative management in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities
Accounts
Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate financial records
Support documentation for sales and logistics activities
File and maintain official records after data entry
Ensure statutory compliance including TDS and GST
Prepare documentation for banking transactions and foreign remittances
Maintain awareness of import/export transactions and related processes
Conduct internal and statutory audits
Administration
Follow up on pending bills with suppliers and vendors
Arrange business travel for sales staff (tickets, car rentals, etc.)
Monitor office requirements such as courier, stationery, and utilities
Update management with reports on office agreements and administrative MIS
Job Requirements
Graduate degree in a relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience, with mandatory experience in a Japanese company
Strong knowledge of accounting processes and statutory compliance
Familiarity with import/export transactions
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage both financial and administrative responsibilities effectively
