<Job Responsibilities>
We are expanding our company including building a new factory.
We are seeking personnel who can handle Production Control, the department set up newly, cooperating with other departments at the factory.
Job Description:
1. Formulation of cost management policies and setting of standard costs, actual cost calculation, and cost variance analysis.
2. Calculation of manufacturing costs for new products and productivity analysis, implementation of cost reduction.
3. Operation of the Budget Management Committee and budget formulation for the Production Headquarters, summary.
4. Planning, development, and coordination of information systems and management of IT projects.
5. Management of information quality, including IT controls.
6. Improvement and construction of production management systems and formulation of production plans.
7. Coordination between sales and production, management of production performance, and formulation of inventory plans.
8. Product delivery instructions and management of the production database(ERP/BOM
