Looking for a Maintenance Sr. Associate in Becharaji, Gujarat with Japanese Automotive Parts manufacturers.
KRA's:
1- Assist in the supervision, guidance, and engagement of maintenance/engineer employees. 2- Train and lead others to perform preventive maintenance functions maintaining standards, and minimize the services of outside contractors.
3- Assist and support, develop and implement plans to keep the equipment, and grounds in an excellent state of repair and working order.
4- Assist and provide input on the assignment and tracking of tasks through the engineering database.
5- Ensure an adequate supply of products is on hand for daily requirements & emergency maintenance situations. Use engineering database to place and track orders.
6- Follow and promote policy and procedure regarding the performance and behavior of engineering employees.
7- Adhere to health and safety regulation, fire prevention programs and train employees as required.
8- Maintain accurate records regarding routine inspections of all mechanical equipment, safe handling procedures of chemicals, and daily work/project logs.
9- Provide on the job staff training. Generate communication to staff, suppliers, clients, and tenants regarding construction/maintenance work.
10- Maintenance of panasonic welding robots, MIG, TIG, SPM, CNC bender & press m/ c. 11- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, detect and replace defective parts, test and adjust automated production equipment. Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines and equipment.
12- Experience in trouble shooting and equipment maintenance of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and robotics problems on automated equipment.
13- Use of robotic systems to program and troubleshoot (Panasonic Robots & Panasonic power source).
14- Experience in trouble shooting and equipment maintenance of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and robotics problems on automated equipment.
KEY COPETENCIES NEEDED:
1- PLC programming experience highly desirable (Mitsubishi Q-series and FX-series).
2- Maintenance of utility equipment like as ac, air washer, cooling tower, air compressor, ACB, VCB ECT.
3- Responsible for spare parts management & procurements.
4- Analysis of breakdown of machine starting from root cause problem to give best possible solution.
