Job Description: -
 
1 Warehouse Management and Coordination   
1) Coordination with TSM for Parts invoicing as per KPI and Workshop Revenue from overhaul jobs
 2) Improve service revenue and Spare Parts Sales
 3) Accuracy of Physical Inventory - 100% as per ERP

2 Technical Consultation and Support to Workshop Team          
1) Technical guidance to Workshop Team for major trouble shooting
2) Prepare and follow SOPs for basic manner of working for Workshop Jobs in Toyota Way

3 Workshop Management         
1) Monitor and support for workshop activities like Arrival, PDI & Dispatch for Trucks Sales, Rental, Customer's
 2) Review weekly activity plan for Workshop based on plan received from Operation Team
 3) Conduct daily morning meeting at 8:35 am
 4) Ensure minimum availability of rental fleet in workshop at all times

4 ASEC sustainment      
1) ASEC review and audit for Bangalore Workshop
2) Implementation in line with ACEC requirements

5 TLLP implementation
1) Implement requirements of TLLP as per Toyota guidelines
2) Update all the display board in Warehouse related to Stock trucks, Workshop, Parts on Daily basis

6 Handling Key Account Customers       
1) Study the requirements of Key customers as per KPI
2) Prepare action plan to provide service in good manner (Toyota Way)
3) Sales promotional for AMC and parts to Key customers

7 KPI of Service Mobile System
Achievement of KPI for Service Mobile System
 
8 Follow up       
1) Follow up with Key customer for service and parts order renewal of contracts, ARC
 2) AR follow up with Key customers

9 Improvement in TAT  
1) Review of TAT for Arrival, PDI, Repair jobs in workshop, Dispatches for trucks and Parts and prepare counter measure and action plan for continuous improvement
2) Follow up for closure of open cases, warranty cases on daily basis

10 MIS reports 
1)Submit reports for Service Operation as per TMHIN guidelines
